West Hollywood is the Creative City. The art galleries, design show rooms, cafes and restaurants of the new Melrose Triangle are quintessentially West Hollywood and will help our urban village thrive. The project’s open and inviting layout encourages visitors to enter the core of the site, visiting the project’s many neighborhood-serving amenities. The average restaurant, art gallery and retail space will be less than 2,000 square feet, creating a boutique and vibrant experience at the project site. The new Melrose Triangle will be a fun and exciting gathering place for residents of Boystown, West Hollywood West, Norma Triangle and the entire West Hollywood community. The project’s live-work-play environment, with its stunning architecture, will invigorate one of our City’s most prominent gateways. TLA is currently working on the structural design of this 110,00 square foot building with four levels of underground parking, two levels of retail, and five levels of office space as well as residential apartment units.
