The Dai Dang Meditation Center is located on the 8.94-acre property in the 6300 block of Camino Del Rey. The current structures include a 2,840 square foot house with a three-car garage, a 5,151 square foot converted horse stable, a 2,164 square foot feed and equipment storage building, and a 573 square foot two-bedroom trailer. The expansion will construct three buildings namely Main Hall, Meditation Hall and Residence Hall totaling 22,796 square feet, creating a total of 33,475 square feet of structures along with 122 parking spaces. The new buildings will be a 6,196 square foot main hall, a 7,664 square foot meditation hall, and an 8,936 square foot monk residence. The current house will be converted into a library and study rooms but will remain structurally unchanged, as will the trailer. The former horse stable will be converted to a storage facility while the feed and equipment storage building will be demolished to allow for a parking lot with 81 spaces, including six handicapped spaces. The remaining 41 parking spaces will be located at the southeastern corner for use as a permanent overflow lot..
